Are current private school students eligible for this program?

Unless they have already received a tax credit scholarship, they are not eligible to participate.

What if a tax credit student leaves our school?

Scholarship Foundation payments to schools are required to be made in quarterly or semester payments.  If a tax credit student leaves a school, the school forfeits the remaining payments for that student.
